Winter Walking

During the winter months, getting your exercise can be challenging.  The  motivation for a regular walk can be hard to find during the colder dark days of winter. The Winter Walking program is designed to give everyone an opportunity to get out and walk in a bright, warm and safe environment.

Expect friendly faces, lots of places to rest and a strength & flexibility station with exercises for you to do in between laps. Dogs are welcome, provided they are well-behaved, on-leash and in control. Please: no muddy or wet feet (or paws)! Indoor shoes are recommended. 

Walking on a regular basis improves health and well-being. Get moving today!
