The Town of Golden is seeking proposals from qualified contractors that can provide a work plan to complete all the elements outlined in this design/build package, including landscaping around the new Pickleball and Tennis courts on the upper landing of the Keith King Memorial Park. The plan includes placing shrubs, boulders and mulch, and the planting of 100-150 shrubs/grasses and 30-40 trees.
Prospective bidders are encouraged to view the work site before submitting a proposal. Site tours will be provided upon request and scheduled by emailing the undersigned. Tours will be hosted between March 2, 2026 and March 13, 2026.
