- Civic Centre Grand Hall Lighting Replacements
- Keith King Memorial Park Paving Stone Installation
- Soccer-covered area and,
- Ball Concession covered area
- Landscaping works contract
- Mount 7 Rec-Plex stage floor refinishing or overlay
- General contractor experienced with flooring
- Mount 7 Rec-Plex lobby enhancements and renovations
- General contractor experience with custom cabinet work and painting
- Detailed plans will be provided prior to bid submissions.
- Golden Arena Concession enhancement and refresh
- General contractor experience with custom cabinet work, painting, plumbing and electrical
- Detailed plans will be provided prior to bid submissions.
