The owner of the lands located at 1122 10th Avenue S, is proposing a reconstruction of the existing “Eleven22” restaurant sitting area and one new dwelling unit (for a total of 3 dwelling units). 

The purpose of the Town of Golden Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1511, 2026 is to rezone the subject property from Transition Commercial - C5 to Mixed Use Commercial - C2. 

The bylaw will be considered for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, readings on February 17, 2026, at 1:15 p.m. at Town Hall (Council Chambers) 810 9th Ave S.

How can I give feedback?

As part of the Provincial Government’s Housing Action Plan (effective November 30, 2023) Council is prohibited from holding a public hearing for zoning amendment bylaws that facilitate residential development and are consistent with the Official Community Plan. As such, there is no opportunity to speak to Council in person.
