The owner of 909 10th ST S has submitted plans for a Single Detached Dwelling (SDD) which is a permitted use under the Zoning Bylaw. The owner is proposing one variance in order to obtain compliance with the Zoning Bylaw requirements. 

  • Schedule “E” 
    (f) – Minimum Yard Setbacks / Principal Building
    Interior Lot Line 1.5 m and 3.0 m (minimum 3.0 m on one side)

The variance would permit an Interior Lot Line setback of 1.5m (typically referred to as a “side yard”) for both side yards where 3.0m is required on one side.

    Any submissions must be received by 9am on Thursday, July 16, 2026.
