Beginning Monday, September 21, Chandos Construction will begin utility installations will start as part of the Groundwater Well 7 Project resulting in a road closure in the area.
The work will occur at the area of 5th Street South and Riverglen Drive. Please see the image below for the closure information. Road traffic will be re-routed throughout the duration of construction.
Roadway and walkway access will remain open to public traffic whenever safe access can be maintained. Closures will only occur when required for timed construction activities necessitating a closure.
No services will be impacted by this work.
The utility installations are expected to be completed by October 5, 2026.
