
An Incident Management Team remains in place for the South Rockies Complex to support the Dogtooth wildfire and other wildfires in the region. There are currently 8 helicopters assigned to the complex, with over 120 firefighters, 13 field staff, 8 pieces of heavy equipment, and 12 structure protection personnel assigned to the Dogtooth wildfire incident.

As the situation remains stable and in sustained action by BC Wildfire Service, updates will be provided less frequently and when new information or operational updates are available.

An Evacuation Alert remains in place for 332 properties from Hawkins Rd to approximately 2km south of Parson and an Evacuation Order remains in place for Rauch Rd., Malone Rd., Parson River Crossing FSR, Thomas Rd., and 2104 Highway 95 S.
