The Town of Golden and the Golden and Area Emergency Program are aware of two wildfires in Columbia Shuswap Regional District Area A that are currently marked as Out of Control and Being Held. According to BC Wildfire Service (BCWS), at this time there is no threat to public safety or structures.
- Wildfire: N41412: Sea Lion Mountain – Located in steep terrain and at high elevation. BCWS is currently monitoring.
