Notice of Application: Stolen Bell Liquor Primary License

The Town of Golden and the BC Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch have received an application for a Lounge and Outdoor Patio application for 591300 BC Ltd. operating as Stolen Bell Distillery Ltd.located at Unit 101 - 616 - 8th Avenue North.

The proposed person occupancy is 75 persons (patio) / 116 (interior) to a maximum of 133 total persons. (Lower total due to restroom capacity limitations.)

The proposed hours are Monday to Saturday 11:00am – 1:00am and the patio will close at 11:00pm.

Written submission:

By forwarding written submissions for Council consideration by:

  1. Dropping it off at the Town Hall mail slot.
  2. By post (P.O. Box 350, Golden B.C. V0A 1H0).
  3. By email to clerk@golden.ca (only emails sent to this email will form part of the Council Agenda).

Any submissions must be received by 12 p.m. (noon) on Thursday, August 15, 2024.            

Attend the Council Meeting:

Residents can attend the Council Meeting in person in Council Chambers or virtually by Zoom webinar on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 1:15 p.m.
