The properties listed below will be sold by TAX SALE on September 25, 2023, commencing at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers of Town Hall located at 810 – 9th Avenue South unless the delinquent taxes plus interest are paid at that time. Any person upon being declared the successful bidder must immediately pay by cash debit card, money order, or certified cheque a minimum of not less than the upset price.
Failure to pay this amount will result in the property being offered for sale again. Any balance must be paid no later than 3 p.m. the same day. Failure to pay the balance will result in the property being offered for sale at 10 a.m. on the following Monday, October 2, 2023.
The purchase of tax sale property is subject to tax under the Property Tax Act on the fair market value of the property.
