We want to hear from you on the draft Transportation Plan

The Town of Golden is working to develop a community wide Transportation Plan to help shape the future of transportation in Golden over the next 20 years.

The first step in the process included collecting input from residents to understand the community’s values and experiences to help build a vision that is inclusive, sustainable, and forward-thinking. Residents were invited to provide their input through an online survey and interactive map in September 2021. Learn more about What We Heard through the public engagement.

On January 26, 2022, the Town and Urban Systems hosted an online Public Information Session, if you missed the session you can view the recording and materials presented at golden.ca/transportationplan.

We want to hear from you!

Residents are now invited to provide their input through a second online survey from January 26 to February 11 at https://www.surveymonkey.ca/r/GoldenTransportationSurvey2.

The purpose of the second survey is to share the main components of the draft transportation plan and gather feedback on prioritization and implementation of the plan prior to compiling the final draft plan.

The Town and Urban Systems will be hosting an online Public Discussion Session on Monday, February 7 at 5 p.m. to provide information and answer questions related to the draft Transportation Plan and survey. Stay tuned for more details.
