The Town of Golden and the BC Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB) have received an application for a structural change to a liquor primary licence at 429 9th Ave. N. – the Rockwater Grill and Bar.
The Rockwater is expanding into the former Reposados space and has applied for a proposed person occupancy increase from 356 persons to a maximum of 400 persons, as well as it is proposed to licence the 2nd storey (rooftop) patio as liquor primary (no longer food primary) and for it to be open until 2 a.m.
