The Rec-Plex Tennis Court to Skatepark Reconfiguration Plan bid package includes a request for repaving the remaining asphalt surface with a 2” lift of fresh asphalt, paving of new pathway connections, the supply and installation of light standards, the construction of skate features, and landscaping.
The Town of Golden is seeking proposals from qualified contractors that can provide a work plan to complete all the elements outlined in the attached tender package.
The timeline for substantial completion by April 15, 2027.
